2 hours of Yin Yoga will explore the Spiral Lines which wrap the body in a double helix to maintain balance across all planes. This intelligent yin sequence will vitalise meridian lines and take you on a deep connected journey from your head to your toes.
Yin yoga poses are held longer (3-10mins) and the stretch is subtler. This encourages deep release of connective tissue and is not aimed at building muscle strength. It will stimulate blood flow to joint capsules, ligaments and fascia (connective tissue), increasing general energetic wellbeing and joint health.
